3D Logo


Jazz up your shabby 2d logos, and make it into a 3D beast!

1. Open up your logo - should be a psd with a transparent background, and the logo should be one fixed colour. In this tutorial, we use Our StealthDesignz logo.

2. Click Edit > Transform > Scew - and drag the arrows so the logo is tilted

3. After clicking OK - click Layer > Duplicate the layer, and name it Top

4. Click on the little eye on the layers palate to hide the layer TOP

5. Now with layer 1 selected - CTRL click the thumbnail of the layer, on the layers palate - which should add marching ants around the edge

6. With CTRL + ALT held down on your keyboard, press DOWN on your keyboard about 15 times

(hold CTRL + D to deselect)

7. Click Layer > Layer style > Blending options - and go onto gradient overlay and add these settings:

8. Click back on the eye on the layer TOP to make it visible

9. Click Layer > Layer style > Blending options - on color overlay, give it the colour of 151515

10. Click Layer > Merge visible

11. Click Filter > Render > lighting effects - and add the folllowing settings, or adjust them to your needs.
