In a good autoresponder program you can choose different delivery options of your html or text message.

Here's the steps I go through...any good autoresponder/mailing program should have these basic abilities. Aweber.com is also a good service. Hotresponder.com, and freeautobot.com are others I've heard of.  Here is the broadcast confirmation for the test email.

Now you can check your inbox for that test message...

make sure everything's good and use that same html to send out your official broadcast. Now you know how to create AND PUBLISH an eZine using Adobe Photoshop, Frontpage (or a web design program) and an autoresponder.

This is a hugely important skill to have awareness of in this day and age. What content you provide to your people is up to you but hopefully you learned something about eZine publishing and maybe even picked up a few design tips (because honestly most eZine's I've seen are just uggggglllly). You want to be able to be effectively appealing.
