Passport Stamp
In this tutorial we'll create a simple "passport-chop" or "rubber stamp" effect. I know, passports don't chopped anymore, but anyway... Good for "approved" or "guarantee" buttons, or logo design. Photoshop isn't the best for making curved text, however we can still get a decent effect.

Hole With Frame
First we make a rectangle with rounded corners. Not cares about size. We give this rectangle to see a Linear Gradient like in the picture on the right.

Glass Effect Buttons
Our canvas have a size of 200 has x 200 pixels and we choose a dark gray as background color. First we make a circle in the size 50 x 50 pixels and give him a deep red color (#660000).
After this we make another two circles, which is a little smaller (46 x 46 px)...

1) Make a new document. I used 650x180.
2) Start out by making a new layer and grabbing the Rectangular Marque Tool. Make a selection like below:
