Using Color Balance

Some people use hue/saturation. well, ill show how its better to use color balance and show how its better looking in gfx backgrounds.

First you now make your background or open one up

Now go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>ColorBalance

A pop-up window should come up , press ok

Now mess around un til you get the colors ya want

Now compare color balance with hue saturation
