1. Create new document, size 400 x 520 px, TGB color
2. Create this pattern or save this here
3. Hit Shift + F5, choose Pattern you were created, then OK
4. Create new layer, use this gradient
to fill follow the direction
5. Set blending mode = Multiply, then Merge 2 layer
6. Use Pen tool draw this shape to make new selection, then delete
7. Continue use Pen to make the selection like that
8. Create new layer, fill white color, opacity = 50 %
9. Use the shape we were created before, rotate and make 2 more layer with opacity = 20% , 10 %
10. Create new layer and Make selections like this, then fill white color
11. Create new layer again, go to Select >> Expand
Fill white color and reduce opacity of this layer to 30%

12. Use Rectangular Marquee Tool to make a selection like this
Go to Select >> Modify >> Smooth
Fill #e2e2e0 color ( on new layer )
13. Now, in Options pallet, click on Intersect icon
Create the ellipse selection like that and you have
Fill white color in new selection, Create a border same step 11
14. Add few text, and logo, we have an advertise for your company.... it cute, huh :)
