Flame Drawing.
For starters, let's create a new later. I chose a color in a bright yellow palette for the flame (#FFEA00). Select Brush tool (Brush: 3px, Flow: 70%) and draw the outline of the flame first:
And then color the whole flame.
Now we need a little red in the upper part of the flame and a bit of blue in the lower one.
Selecting an appropriate color and drawing the red area.
Repeating the operation for the blue color:
As candle flame is usually more white than yellow, we'll need to add some white into the center of the flame.
Having colored the flame, let's go on to smudging colors with the Smudge tool (Brush: 10, Strength: 50%) to make the flame more realistic.
If the flame turned out too large or too small, feel free to change its size using your better judgment and Ctrl+Alt+T.
Now let's draw the wick. Choose Brush tool (Brush: 3px, Flow: 70%). Draw a little black curved line and smudge its upper part with the Smudge tool the way it's done in the picture below:
