Open a new file (File>New) that would have 430x438 px and 100 dpi.
Using the Ellipse Tool (U), try to make the primary layer of the indicator we want to represent next.
The layer's parameters:
Blending Options>Drop Shadow
Blending Options>Inner Glow
Blending Options>Gradient Overlay
Gradient's parameters:
Blending Options>Stroke
Make a copy of the new made layer and move it a little aside, the way it is shown below, applying the Free Transform option. Move off the unnecessary layer's parameters, placing them on the recycle bin, on the bottom of the layers' panel, pressing the mouse too. The figure's color is 88BEFA.
The layer's parameters:
Blending Options>Stroke
Select now the Custom Shape Tool (U) to choose a corresponding cliche from the next table:
Place it exactly the way it is demonstrated on the picture, turning it over and correcting it with Free Transform option.
The layer's parameters:
Blending Options>Drop Shadow
Blending Options>Outer Glow
Blending Options>Gradient Overlay
Gradient's parameters:
Take the Ellipse Tool (U) again to represent a flare on the indicator's surface, correcting its shape and marking out the necessary top, applying the Convert Point Tool.
Choose next the Free Transform option to place the flare on the upper part.
The layer's parameters:
Fill 20% on the layers.
Blending Options>Gradient Overlay
Gradient's parameters:
Choose the Custom Shape Tool (U) to select again the appropriate figure from next table:
Turn the figure over and make the corrections on its shape by picking up the Free Transform selection.
The layer's parameters:
Blending Options>Drop Shadow
Blending Options>Inner Glow
Blending Options>Gradient Overlay
Gradient's parameters:
Blending Options>Stroke
Make a copy of the recently made layer and delete those parameters that we don't need anymore, changing the color on E5E3D6. Move the figure aside, selecting the same Free Transform option.
The layer's parameters:
Blending Options>Stroke
The last step includes creating a flare on the next side of the icon, applying the same Ellipse Tool (U) and moving the lower top the way we did earlier.
Change the layer's parameters with those indicated below and Fill 50% on the layers.
Blending Options>Gradient Overlay
Gradient's parameters:
The icon is finished!
