Lets start to create a useful watch in Photoshop

Step 1

Create a new document with white color #ffffff (600x500) of size.

Step 2

Select the Pen Tool and draw a path.

Draw a Shape

Right click on path and click on (Make Selection)

Now applying color #3a3a3a as like in picture

Get nice result

Now go to Layer -> Layer Style or Blending option and apply some effects.

Now when we applying layer style we get a nice watch background.

Now select the Ellipse Tool and draw a circle with color #3a3a3a.

After applying blending options we get a new style of circle.

Step 5

Now select the Ellipse Tool again and draw another circle on first circle layer with this color #dedede.

Go to Layer -> Layer Style and applying Bevel and Emboss.

When we applying bevel and emboss we get new change in circle.

Ones more time select Ellipse tool and draw another circle with black color #000000 center of the circles.

Select Rectangle Tool and draw a rectangle with black color #000000 as like in preview.

Now after applying some blending options we get nice effect.

Duplicate the rectangle layer and adjust upper side of watch skin as like in preview below.

Select Rectangle tool again and draw a small rectangle with color #a9a9a9 as like in picture.

Now applying Gradient Overlay on small rectangle.

Step 9

Select the Pen Tool and draw a shape on small rectangle layer with color #dddddd as like in preview.

Now duplicate this shape layer and adjust right side as like in picture. Select the both shape layers and rectangle layer merge them (Ctrl+E). Name it layer Small Rectangle.

Step 10

Select Small Rectangle layer and duplicate is 15 times and adjust them for making the watch bracelet as like in preview.

Now select all these bracelet layers and press (Ctrl+E) to merge them named it layer bracelet, duplicate it and adjust bottom side of the watch skin as like in preview.

Now select the Line Tool and draw a line with white color #ffffff.

Duplicate this line layer eleven time and adjust them as like in picture.

Now Select the Text Tool and write 1 to 12 counting and adjust them in circle as like in preview.

Select the Ellipse tool and create a small circle with white color #ffffff adjust it center of the black circle as like in picture.

Select the Pen Tool draw watch needle with white color #ffffff as like in preview.

Now make second needle same as step 14.

One more time select the line tool and create the third needle.

Draw a small rectangle with help of the Rectangle Tool and apply #adadad color as like in preview.

Now applying Gradient Overlay on this rectangle layer.

Now in this final step with the help of Pen Tool or Ellipse Tool create a small circle with this color #adadad and adjust it as like in preview.
