This is the detail to the circles. Create a new document about 200*200 pixels. In my example we need 24 strokes therefore we are going to make 25!? Fill your background with black and create a new layer. Use the marquee tool and make a rectangle (2*15 pixels) and fill it with white. Use the arrow key to move the selection six pixels to the right with the marquee tool still active (if not you might move the white rectangle instead). Fill this spot as well. Do this until you have 25 strokes. Now you are going to crop the pic using the crop tool ( image 2 ). Crop the pic so that you have 24 strokes visible and 1 pixel to the left of the last (25) stroke. The pic has to have the same width and height. Mine is 144*144 pixels. To align the stroke layer you select everything (Ctrl+A), cut it out (Ctrl+X) and last but not least paste it (Ctrl+V). The stroke layer is now aligned vertical and horizontal but you have to move the stroke layer to the left. Therefore use the left arrow key to move it all the way to the left (above).

Select everything again (Ctrl+A) and go to Filter>>Distort>>Polar Coordinates. Make sure that Rectangular to Polar is checked. Finished!!! Use the Move Tool and drag the layer to your watch document. You might want to transform/scale (Ctrl+T) the layer in your watch document so that it fits.

There are off course differences between the different circles but the main principle is the same.

It is very impressive tutorial. Hard to repeat but still nice.
