Open a new file that would have 1024x768 px and 72 dpi and paint it in black, as you may see below:

Take the next instrument image 5 and represent on the upper part of the picture a lighter zone.

Blending Options-Gradient Overlay

Gradient's parameters:

Take the following tool now image 9 and create the lowest layer reserved for the media player's panel. It should be colored in 121212.

Take the next shown instrument image 12 and represent for the beginning the layer of those two buttons, then click on the Alt button and apply the next tool image 13 to separate the buttons.

Gradient's parameters:

Using the next instrument image 19 , draw a flare on the media player's panel that must have this color's code – 5A5A5A.

Apply after that this tool to erase the unnecessary tops. Finally apply this instrument to correct the lowest corners.

On the layers we have

The Opacity is of 50%.

Select the next shown instrument now image 25 and choose from the next table the corresponding cliché for the picture. It is indicated with red color.

Make use of the Free Transform option to turn it around and choose the instrument from here image 27 to represent the button's indicator. All the elements should have the color 696969.
