Start by creating a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool.
Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool.
Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown. Place it for the flap of the briefcase.
Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.
Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Create another ellipse using elliptical shape tool.
Move the layer behind all the layers. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Double click any layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
Apply the same layer style to all the layers. Create a couple of small rectangles using rectangular shape tool.
Create a rectangle horizontally using rectangular shape tool.
Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Select arc from the warp preset on the top bar. Apply settings as shown.
Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Create a rounded rectangle for the clip using rounded rectangle shape tool.
Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select distort. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Create a white rectangle and place for the lock.
Select and merge all the layers and scale down to the icon size.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
