it´s a much easier way to do it...... just push the Q-button on your keyboard, and color all the hair. Then you click the Q-button once more, then Select-Inverse, Layer-New fill layer- Instead of Normal you pick Soft ligth-OK, then you can choose whatever color you want!!!
