Lets start to create how to applying texture on face in Photoshop.
Step 1
Create a new document (Ctrl+N) 1000x700 of size.

First of all I am going to start this tutorial to add the Man Picture in Photoshop.

Now select the Pen Tool from tool penal and create a path on the face portion as like in preview.

Right click on path and select the (Make Selection) option.

After make a selection press (Shift+Ctrl+I) and hit delete button to delete the outer area of picture.

Here I am going to add the second picture in Photoshop which is Tree Texture Picture that you download to click on this link.

Set the Blend Mode to (Multiple) of this texture picture.

Duplicate texture layer two time and set these duplicate layers top of the all layers and set first one texture Blend Mode to (Normal) and opacity (40%).

Select man face image, make a selection to the left eye with Polygonal Lasso Tool as like in preview.

Press (Ctrl+J) to duplicate the eye and move it top of the all layers.

Again select man face image and repeat the step 6 as like on right eye.

Press (Ctrl+J) to duplicate the right eye and move to top of the all layers.

One more time select man face image layer and select Polygonal Lasso Tool make a selection of the mouth area as like in picture below.

Press (Ctrl+J) to duplicate the mouth area and move to top of the all layers.

Now select the first layer and go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves and set the curves as like in preview.

After set curves we get new result.

Now hide both texture layers and create a new layer select face image layer, create a path of the nose area with Pen Tool .

Now unhidden the both texture layers, right click on path and select (Make Selection) option.
Fill Selection
Fill the edge of nose with any Soft Brush (20px) size, set foreground color black #000000.After filling the selection set the Opacity (40%) of this selection layer.

Create new layer select Polygonal Lasso Tool and make a selection down side of lips area.

Fill the selection with black color #000000 to use any Soft Brush (20px) of size, and down the Opacity (40%) .

Now create a new layer and make a selection to whole the face image layer, Hold Ctrl key and click on the thumbnail of face image layer.

Fill the selection border with black color #000000 use any Soft Brush with
(30px) size.

Now down the Opacity (40%) of this selection layer.

In this step hide the again both texture layers and made to darken of these points to use any soft Brush and paint these points.

After work on these points unhidden the texture layers and we get this awesome preview.

Duplicate the again both texture layers and move these duplicate texture layers downside of the face image layer.

Now create a new layer downside of these duplicate texture layers and applying this color #3a2e2b down the Opacity (60%) and we get awesome result in final preview.
