Oil Painting

Change a normal photo into an artistic Oil-painting!

Step 1

Get out a photo of someone you want to apply the effect to;

Step 2

Duplicate the layer and Go to Filter>Artistic>Sponge and add these settings;

Step 3

Duplicate the base-layer and go to Filter>Scetch>Charcoal and add these settings;

Step 4

Set the blending-mode to multiply and lower the opacity;

Step 5

Place the char coaled layer on top of the other and you're done...
