Open the image for editing.

Duplicate the current layer (Ctrl+J).

Use the Hue/Saturation tool (Ctrl+U) to apply the following properties:

Hue: 25

With the top layer selected, add a layer mask (Layer> Add Layer Masks> Reveal All).

With the layer mask selected, use the Apply Image tool (Image> Apply Image) to apply the following properties:

Layer: Merged
Channel: RGB
Invert: Unchecked
Blending: Normal
Opacity: 100%

With the layer mask selected, use the Threshold tool (Image> Adjustment> Threshold) and use a Threshold Level of 128.

Use the Eraser tool (E) to erase the areas around the vehicle.

Pearlescent
Rollover the image in this step to see the image before this Photoshop technique was applied.
