1. Open the image for editing. |

2. Duplicate the current layer (Ctrl+J) and change the blending mode to Overlay. |

3. Use the Transform tool (Ctrl+T) to apply the following properties:
Maintain Aspect Ratio: On

4. Add a Plastic Wrap filter (Filter> Artistic> Plastic Wrap) with the following properties:
Highlight Strength: 20

5. Use the Transform tool (Ctrl+T) to transform the image back to the original size. |

6. Using the Brightness/Contrast tool (Image> Adjustments> Brightness/Contrast), tweak the image by adjusting the brightness and contrast. |

7. Rollover the image in this step to see the original image before this technique was applied. |
