Using Adjustment Layers


Create a new file.

Open a couple of images.

Drag these images to the main file.

Using lasso tool create a selection of sky.

Press Ctrl+Alt+D to apply feather to the selection.

Press delete to show the picture beneath this layer.

Now we want to adjust the color balance without merging both images. To achieve this, from layer menu select new adjustment layer>>color balance.

Adjust settings in the color balance window and press OK.

Color balance is adjusted in both the images below the adjustment layer.
