Lets start to create our alien entity text effect in photoshop.
Step 1
Create new document (Ctrl+N) with 800x500 of size.

Now create a new layer (Shift+Ctrl+N) fill it with black color #000000 name it layer Gradient, then select Gradient Tool and paint with Black and White Radial Gradient on gradient layer.

After applying radial gradient we get new effect as like in preview.

Set Blend Mode to (Lighten) of this gradient layer.

Step 3
Now create one more new layer (Shift+Ctrl+N) name it layer 2nd Gradient, select Gradient Tool and paint with Radial Gradient on 2nd gradient layer.

After paint we get beautiful effect on 2nd gradient layer.

Set Blend Mode to (Lighten) of this 2nd gradient layer.

Step 4
Again create a new layer (Shift+Ctrl+N) name it 3rd Gradient, select Gradient Tool and paint with Radial Gradient on 3rd gradient layer.

After applying radial gradient we get this result.

Set Blend Mode to (Lighten) of 3rd gradient layer.

Step 5
Same as step 4 create more layers and paint with radial gradient as like in preview.

Select all gradient layers and merge them (Ctrl+E) name merge layer Gradient, now applying Wave Filter on this gradient layer.
Go to Filter > Distort > Wave.

When we applying wave filter we get a new effect on gradient layer.

Down Opacity (70%) of this gradient layer.

Create a new layer (Shift+Ctrl+N) top of all the other layers name it layer Color, fill it with this color #0eb9f9.

Set Blend Mode (Overlay) and Opacity (80%) of this color layer.

Select Text Tool from tool panel and write some text with (150px) of size fill with white color #ffffff here I am using Impact Font you can select you own choice of font.

Now go to Layer Styles and applying some Blending Options on this text layer.

After applying these layer styles we get awesome effect on text layer.

Step 9
Create a new layer (Shift+Ctrl+N) name it layer Apply Image, now go to (Image > Apply Image) a window opened.

Click OK then we get all layers merge in new layer.

Now I am going to applying Wave Filter on apply image layer
Go to Filter > Distort > Wave.

After applying wave filter we get a new result.

Set Blend Mode to (Overlay) and Opacity (40%) of this apply image layer.

Step 10
Duplicate apply image layer and applying Gaussian Blur Filter on duplicate layer.
Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur.

After applying gaussian blur we get a nice effect on duplicate apply image layer.
