1. Begin with a new file, size and color doesn't matter. Then take the Text Tool and type in something.
2. Now go to the layers palette and right click on your text layer, choose Blending Options and apply this settings.
And now should it look something like this.
3. Then hold down Ctrl+Alt and press the up arrow key, do this a couple of times. And that's it you are done! This is what I came up with.
