Flying Text Effect


1. Start of with your text. Add some color. Here is what I'm using.

2. Now s elect your text and go to your warpped text tool.

3. Now select Rise and use these settings.

Here is what my outcome looks so far

Now duplicate your text layer

4. After duplicating rasterize the bottom layer. Then go to filter-stylize-wind

Make sure method is set at wind and the direction is set from left. Do this process at least twice... or more at your liking. Here is what it should look like
