1) Make a new document, anysize doesn't matter. Press CNTRL+D to reset your pallete colors. Set your background to WHITE or use any color that suits you..
2) Start off by selecting your text. In order to do the Gargoyle Text you need to download the font file below. So lets start by getting the font and putting it in your font folder:

4) Right click the layer and apply all these blending options:
5) Now add the finishing touches, I just used small pixel text to descrive the initials for TDW:
