Following photoshop tool are used in this tutorial.

Let's start to create our create a plastic jelly style text effect tutorial,
Step 1
Open Adobe Photoshop, and create a new Photoshop document. I am going to create a new document of 600 x 600 px with #777777color.

In this step select the Text Tool and type any text like Plastic. Text color should be white, font selected was Gill Sans Ultra Bold.

Now we applying blending options on plastic text.

After applying these layer styles we get a beautiful effect.

Step 4
Now select the again text tool, type Jelly text with white color and applying same blending options of Step 3. After applying blending options we have get a cool text.

Now create a new layer above the all layers, hold down (Ctrl) and click on the Plastic layer.

Now we need a gradient that goes from white to transparency which you can choose by switching to the gradient tool and using the little thumbnail thing up at the top left shown in preview.

Using that gradient, draw a gradient in the selection from white to transparent.

Now select the Elliptical Marquee Tool and draw a circle as like in preview.

Press the delete button and deselect the selection as like in picture.

Create a new layer, hold down (Ctrl) and click on the Jelly text layer.

Applying the white to transparent gradient on the jelly text layer.

Deselect the selection (Ctrl+D) and draw a circle with help of Elliptical Marquee Tool as like in preview.

Now press the delete button on your keyboard and press (Ctrl+D) for deselection. After this procedure we get a awesome plastic jelly style text effect in photoshop as like in final preview.
