Abstract Pattern Motion Background


1. Fill your background layer with the color white, by holding down shift and press backspace.

2. Go to filters -> filter gallery and locate the filter called halftone pattern and set it as in the image below.

3. Again go to filters -> filter gallery, now find the filter called photocopy and set it as shown below.

4. Now go to filters -> blur -> radial blur and set it to about 50%, zoom and best.

5. Now your image should look similar to this.

6. Go to image -> adjustments -> hue and saturations and drag the handles as shown below, to colorize the image.

And we are done.
