You are going to learn how to make a camo sig I am hoping you have some knowledge about ps7 and you know how to make camoflage if not goto the camo tutorial
1. Make a new image, 400x100 Now make your camo, in this addition im using these colors: C8C8AA and 90957A Once you made your camo, if you have not done so hit Control-F to "redo" the camo. (it adds extra texture to it)
You should now have this
2. Now, lets add a rectangle thats long so we have a nice place to put the text you like. USE the rectangle tool to do so. I used this color for my rectangle:C8C8AA Goto Layer>Layer Style>Blending Options Now click the stroke box then click stroke and make the stroke black and also make the stroke size 1pixel Now you should have something like this
3. Now its time to add the Text. Make the text around 48size and find a suitable font for the type of sig you are making, i used an army font since it had camo as the background. Place the text on the rectangle by using the move tool Now goto The Blending options again for the text.(Layer>Layer Style>Blending Options) Add a black stroke to it, and make it 1 pixel *Note* Blending options apply to any layer, text, or shape! Here is what you get
4. Now its time to add an image to the sig! We will use this image:
Use the Polygonal Lasso tool to cut out the image! Zoom in the image 173% (use wheel on mouse to zoom in and out) or goto View>Zoom In
Note: If you dont know how to get the polygonal lasso tool goto the photoshop tools tutorial.
5. Now once your done cutting out the image, we need to transfer it to the signature your making. Hit control-C to copy the selection you have made. Then select the move tool and drag it over to the signature file.
6. Now place it on the right side of the signature. Notice its a little big. So shrink the picture of the soldier a little. Goto Edit>Free Transform to do so! Also, you need to flip the image horizontal, goto edit>transform>horizontal
7. Now the sig seems complete. But some people like to not leave a border around the image which i think makes it look incomplete. So make your colors black and select the rectangle tool. Now make a small long rectangle that goes across one side of the image (this is the newb way!) Now duplicate the shape 3 more times. Then to turn them 90 degrees to go on the side. To do so goto Edit>Transform>90 degrees.
8. Sig is now complete!!!!! if something doesnt work sometimes, it might be because you dont have the right tool selected! If this tutorial is to blunt for you, we will be making complete tutorials for sigs and how to be ultimate at making them!!!
