Making Header


1. Start with your new document and Create a New layer. Select Rectangular Marquee tool and create a big header .

Set foreground color to #FF9933 and background color to #CC6600. Fill the selection with reflected gradient tool from top to bottom.

Go to Filter>Pixelate>Mosaic

Call this layer "Header Base".

2. Now Duplicate this layer. With the help of marquee tool select it like this:

Now select rest of the header and apply Craquelure.

Your picture should look like this:

Set its layer mode to soft light.

3. I use some texture and apply some Liquify to the texture and set texture layer mode to screen
