1. Begin with a new file, size and colors doesn't matter. Then create a new layer.
2. Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool and draw out a shape as the image below shows.
3. Then go the layers palette and right click on layer1 and chose Blending Options and apply this settings.
Then add some text the button. And you are done!
