1. Start with a new file,779x800, with #F3F3F3 as background. Then create a new layer in the layers palette.
2. Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) and set white as foreground and do this settings as the image below shows.
3. Draw out the shape and size you want on your webpage.
4. Head over to the layers palette and right click on Layer1 and chose Blending Options and do this settings.
Now should it look like this.
Now it's up o you what you want on your website. Im gonna show an example on what you can do.
5. Make a new layer in the layers palette and take the Text Tool (T) and type in your site name.
6. Now it's time to do the menu, make a new layer again and take the Text Tool (T) and type in your text.
7. Make a new layer once again and take the line tool and set it to 1px. Hold down shift when you draw out the line to get it straight. As you can see i have done 5 lines, the only thing you have to do is duplicate the first line layer, to duplicate the layer right click the line layer in the palette and chose Duplicate Layer, then take the Move Tool (V) to move that line.
8. Almost done now but for the last time in this tutorial make a new layer and take the Text Tool (T) and do some dots.
