1. Import some pictures into the library.

2. Change the name of the layer to 'Stream' and on frame 2 of the layer press F6, drag and drop a picture of your choice to the stage.

3. Resize it to fit to the stage. Extend the frames of Stream Layer to 100 frames.

4. Add a new layer and give it name 'Circle Mask'. On frame 2 click F6.Grab circle tool from toolbar and make its stroke transparent.

5. Draw a circle in the center of the picture as small as you can draw.

6. On frame 35 of the Circle Mask layer click F5 and 'Create Motion Tween' and then F6. Now enlarge the circle so that it cover the whole picture within it using resize tool.

7. On frame 36 of the same layer press F7 to insert blank frames. Press F7 again selecting frame 69, then press F6 on frame 70.

8. On frame 70 of layer circle mask, grab type tool and type ']' then change the font face to windings.

9. This will make the symbol of wheel like thing. Use resize tool to make it large enough to cover the whole image. Then press F6 on the 100th frame and again resize the symbol to make it as small as you could.

10. On the same layer click on 70th frame and in properties palette find Rotation and change it to CV(Counter clock wise) and times option to 1. This will rotate the wheel.

You can use any opaque symbol, image or shape to use same technique.
