Start by creating a black text on a grey background like this one.

Now right click the text layer and select rasterize.

Now go to Edit>Transform>Perspective.

Move the cursor to the right to obtain this effect.

Now right click the layer and select Duplicate layer.

Now move a little bit up the cloned text to obtain this 3d effect like I did in the picture.

Try to make it like this one.

Now repeat this step.Try make it look like this one.

Now right click the top layer "TUTORIAL copy 2″ like in the picture and select Blending options.

There make these settings.

For the Inner Glow use this colour # 21f0fd .

Make these setting for the Bevel and Emboss.

For the Gradient Overlay the colours I used are # 0bf6ff for the left and # 2bb2ff for the right.

Now right click the bottom layer "TUTORIAL" (is the first layer that you rasterized) and select Blending options.

For the Outer Glow select this colour # 21d8f9 .

And this for the Inner Glow # 10dff7 .
