As usual I will start with a new blank document with the following size: 760x770 pixels. I will start this layout with a white background.
Over this background I will add a image with grass.
I will select brush tool:
Ten on a new layer I will add some clouds. to add the clouds first you need to download the following cloud brushes.

Now let's go back to our layout. After I have loaded the brushes, I will create some random clouds on my canvas.
I will select Rounded Rectangle Tool:
and I will create a shape on the right side of my family template.
For this shape I have used the following settings in my layer style window:
After I have applied this simple layer style, this is my result:
I will duplicate this rounded rectangle. To duplicate you need to select the layer in your layer palette, then press in the same time on Ctrl+J:
With move tool, I will place the second rounded rectangle shape like in the following image:
Again with Rounded Rectangle Tool, I will create another shape.
I will select Polygon Tool.
And I will make a polygon like in the following image:
I am trying to delete some parts of the rounded shape.
To do this first you need to hold down the Ctrl button from your keyboard. In the same time make a click on the polygon thumbnail ( from your layer palette ).
You will see a selection around the polygon shape. Now you can delete the polygon layer ( your selection will need to be still active ).
Select the Rounded shape layer, then hit Delete Key from your keyboard.
If photoshop will ask you if you wan to rasterize the shape, you need to press Yes.
This is my result:
With Line tool
I will create some Horizontal lines:
Then with Custom Shape Tool
and with the following shape selected
I will create some simple check marks. for this check mark I will use the following layer style:

Now I will use some small brushes from Talk-Mania Photoshop Designer's Pack.
I really recommend you to buy this package. Since I have started to work on Talk-mania , every day I discover great items in this package.
I can create 2-3 tutorials per day with such a package. It is very important if you have all the tools available when you start to create something.
I will load these brushes, in photoshop, then I will add some small icons on the top right side of the layout.
The next step, is to add some text with Type Tool. I consider this is a very simple task. Then I have placed some images on this layout:
