Step 1: Write a simple text you want to apply this effect to:
Step 2: Right-click on your text and select Blending Options > Drop Shadow:
Step 3: Then select Bevel and Emboss:
Step 4: Select Gradient Overlay in the Blending Options and select Gradient:
Step 5: Set these options:
Step 6: Then select Stroke in the Blending Options:
Step 7: Now it should look like this:
