1. Make a 500x500 white document
2. Choose the gradient tool with these settings

3. Create a new layer and make something like this, hold shift to make it straight
4. Filter -> Distort -> Polar Coordinates - Rectangular to Polar
5. Duplicate the layer and change the blending mode into ' Darken ' Duplicate the layer again, and make something like this
6. Filter -> Brush Strokes -> Accented Edges
7. Filter -> Distort -> Ripple - 999 Medium - then CTRL + F to redo the ripple
8. Duplicate the layer and change the blending mode to overlay
