Enhance the natural colors while adding some special effects in the process.
1. Open your image. I will use this one.
2. Duplicate the layer.
3. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur.
Set blend more to overlay and change opacity to 70%.
4. Duplicate the layer.
5. Filter > Blur > Radial Blur
Set blend mode to lighten. opacity 70%.
Your final image now has rich colors. If you used the photo provided you have a trace of sunlight rays also.
