For next effect I used THIS brush. But you need modify it.

Img

First of all you should change Spacing to 100%.

Under Shape Dynamics, change the Size Jitter to 100%, and the Angle Jitter to 100% as wel

Img

- Under Scattering, change the Scatter value to 1000%, and check Both Axes box. Make sure that the Count is set to 1, but you can increase the value if you want more leaves scattered around the text.

Img

Finally, under Color Dynamics, Change the Foreground/Background Jitter to 100%.

Img

Step 17

Create a new layer. Then create a work path of the text layer.

Img

Select for foreground color #ffe3f2 and for background color #e90052. Then Stroke Path.

Pick on Brush from the drop down menu.

Change the layer's Blend Mode to Overlay and duplicate this layer.
