Open up Cinema 4D. Go to objects>>primitive>>platonic. On the right side of your screen, under object properties, set the radius of the object to 175, and set the segments at 27. At the bottom of your screen, under materials, go to file>>new material. Double click on the new material. Using the sliding bars, choose whatever colour you would like for your object. I chose pink. Now drag you material over to your object. Your objects window should look like below.
Go to structure>>make editable. Go to structure>>edit surface>>crumple. Set the mode at axial, and each radius should be set at 160. Press OK. Now add lighting effects if you want, render and you're done!
You can also rotate it, to get different effects.
Or increase the segments at the beginning to get a more condensed sphere.
