I use Getresponse autoresponder service. A webmaster or publisher of a mailing list should have a quality autoresponder service. I have very few complaints about Getresponse; it's used by many pro's. Go to send broadcast (for sending out your latest newsletter) and html source.

Here you'll simply 'paste' in the html.

Then you can preview html to preview your already designed newsletter. I hated html until I could respect the power of something like this.

Oh yes, I also recommend saving a copy of the html to a wordpad and then putting it in a special folder. This is just a failsafe backup plan. I keep re-pasting in until I have perfected my final version and resaving it all along.

You want to save the html separate from Frontpage and not save that html referenced page because it will probably convert the web-referenced images (and time well spent) into your hard drive versions. So keep a backup in a simple .doc file that you can save to floppy and carry with you (for ie.).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure to check the hyperlinks (all of them) and make sure that they work. You don't want ANY broken links and you want to make sure that all of your images are visible or you'll have to go back into Frontpage (or your program) and change the html (pretty easily). It will take about a half dozen times until you get it perfect without having to make any changes (TEST anyways). I always test all links and THEN send TEST broadcast to myself and then TEST again to make sure its good in preview (stupid notepad screwed up the html a few times; use wordpad). Then you can broadcast it to your entire mailing list. Now that's leverage!
