Eye Color

Step One

It is really not hard to change the color of eyes. Although there is a lots of way to do it, I consider this is the easiest way. Firstly of all, open up the image that you would like to change the eye color. Here, I will use a picture of Hillary Duff.

Step Two

Using any selection tool that you feel comfortable to use, select the eyes that you would like to change the eye color.

Step Three

Click Ctrl+J to make a new layer of the selection.

Step Four

Go to Image>Adjust/Saturation (Ctrl+U) and when the dialog box appear, make sure that Colorize box is checked. Now play around with the Hue Slider to choose your color. Voila, you changed the color of the eyes! Does not she look wickedly sexy with green eyes?
