Therefore, I willingly agreed, and the logo came out better than I personally thought, so I decided to make a tutorial about it.
Create a 468x60 Custom Document.
Fill your background with black. (Your color should be pre-set)
It should look like this:
Now go Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation (Ctrl + U) and use the below settings:
It should now look like this:
Now we will use this 'cash' below, and add it as a new layer.
I was going to put a transparent image, but I rather teach you how to remove the white layer.
Once you have copied the 'cash' image onto your Photoshop file, you should have the locked Background Layer, and Layer 1.
Use the
Magic Wand tool, and click in any area of the cash image which is white. It should be selected like below:
Press Delete. Now, you should only see the blue background and cash.
Press Ctrl+D to remove the selection, now you should see it like below:
Now, we will write in the middle of the logo, whatever you wish, I will write "Decent-Logo" with the following text settings:
We will apply 3 blending options to the logo, follow instructions carefully.
Apply Drop Shadow
Apply Satin
Apply Stroke
If you have done everything correctly, it should look like below:
Now, we will add different stuff to the left and right.
Now, apply a stroke with the below settings to the text.
Do this on both sides, and you end up with a really decent logo, which I personally thought was magnificent.
