1. Create a new document with black background and a width of 680 pixels and height of 1000 pixels. Use the "Text" tool (T) to type in a green Arial + with a size of 750 pt. |

2. Rasterize the current layer (Layer> Rasterize> Layer) and set its opacity to "75%". |

3. Create a new action in the "Actions" pallet (Window> Actions) and select a "Function" key for it. Click Record. |
4. With the action recording, duplicate the current layer (Ctrl+J) and use the "Transform" tool (Ctrl+T) to apply the following properties:
Width: 90% Press Return. |

5. Use the "Hue/Saturation" tool (Ctrl+T) to apply the following properties:
Hue: 1 Click OK. |

6. Use the "Offset" filter (Filter> Other> Offset) to apply the following properties:
Horizontal: 0 Click OK. |

7. Stop recording the action. Press the function key you've defined in step 2 17 times, waiting for the action to be completed before you press the function key again. |
