1. We'll begin this tutorial, by coloring the background 1d2e40. Now change the Foreground color to Black and select the "Rounded Rectangle Tool" at a radius of 3 pixels and draw the below shape.

2. Now right click on the shape layer in the Layers Palette and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Drop Shadow".

You may now click OK.

3. You should now have the following:

4. Now select the "Line Tool" at 3 pixels and draw the below shape.

5. Now draw another line or duplicate the other and move to the other side.

6. Next, let's create a pattern. Create a new document with a width of 3 and height of 3 pixels.

Now use the "Pencil Tool" (or a tool of your choice) to fill in the 1 pixel squares with the below colors. Once complete, go to the main menu and choose "Edit" then "Define Pattern", give it a name and click "OK".

You may now close the pattern canvas and return to the previous document.

7. Now right click on the line layer in the Layers Palette and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Pattern Overlay".

You may now click OK.

8. You should now have the following:

9. Now change the Foreground to White and select the "Brush Tool" and use the below settings.

10. Next, create a new layer then draw a straight line across the bottom portion of the shape as I have done below.

11. Now "Ctrl" click the first shape layer that you made in the Layers Palette to create a selection around it and go to "Selection" then "Inverse". Make sure that you are on the White brushed layer in the Layers Palette then go to "Edit" and lastly "Cut".

12. Turn the Fill of the white brushed layer down to about 19% to get what I have below.

13. Create a new layer once again and fill with Black.

14. Now go to "Filter", "Noise", and lastly "Add Noise" and use the below settings.

15. You should now have the following:

16. Now "Ctrl" click the first shape layer once again to create a selection around it and go to "Selection" then "Inverse". Be certain that you are on the new noise layer then go to "Edit" and lastly "Cut".

17. Turn the Fill of the noise layer down to about 16% to get what I have below.

18. Select the "Text Tool" and use the below settings: You may not have the typeface "Furured" but "Verdana" will work fine.

19. Turn the Fill of the text layer down to about 73% to get what I have below.

20. The Results!!!

To finish this off, I added a structure that I made earlier, resized and turned down the fill as I did the text layer above. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
