1. Take a new file of 400 pixels, 300 pixels of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

2. Take the Gradient Tool and select the gradient color see in the next image.

3. And fill the background with the help of gradient tool.

4. Now take the Text tool and create a text.

5. And now make the copy of Background layer.

6. Then Hold Cntl+Click the text layer for load selection.

7. Then hide the text layer Indicates layer visibility.

8. Your image will be look like this.

9. Then go to Blending Options General Blending use these settings.

10. Don't click ok select the Bevel and Emboss. Use the following settings.

11. Don't click ok select the Satin Structure. Use these settings.

12. Don't click ok select the Stoke. Structure use these settings.

13. Here is your final image.
