Make a copy of the new made layer and make use of the Free Transform option to turn the copy around and place it the way it is demonstrated on the picture below.
Select now a photo, having a flower pictured on it. Cut it out and place it in the middle of the picture.
Mark out the flower's layer and set the here shown parameters in the Image->Adjustments->Hue/Saturation menu.
