Football Logo Tutorial

I'm going to show you how to make an own Football Logo!

1. Start by making a new picture in 200*200 pixels and press "D" to restore the background colors. Then press "Shift+Control+N"

2. Choose a shape in your custom shapes which is going to be the body of your logo. I've choosen a shape which I've added to my Custom Shapes myself. Draw out the shape as big as you want it.

3. We're now going to add a lot of stuff in blending options to the shape so it looks nice. Rightclick your shapelayer and choose "Blending Options" and apply the following settings.

4. This was the hard part of it. Your logo should look something like this now.

5. You can now add a nice looking wreath to your logo. Go to your custom shapes and choose one that you like. I've choosen one which I also added to my custom shapes myself. Click at your background layer to get the wreath behind the logo and draw it out. Then rightclick at your wreathlayer and choose "Blending Options" and apply the following setting.

6. Now your logo should look like something like this.

7. Now it's time to add the name of the team. Click at the shapelayer in your layerspalett and choose "Horizontal Type Tool (T)" and write the name of the team somewhere in the logo where you want it.

8. To make it look more nice you can add a picture of whatever you want to the logo. I've choosen a picture of a footballplayer. Copy the picture of the player and paste it at the top in the layerspalett. Also use the "Magic Wand Tool (W)" to remove the background of the picture. I also changed the oppacity of the picture to 80% and set the picture to "Luminosity".

9. Now you're finished! I've added some extra stars or reflections to my example here. Your logo should look something like this now.

Congratulations! You've now made your own football logo.
