We have to draw a flare also on the logotype's surface. Pick up firstly the Ellipse Tool (U) to make a circle and then select the Convert Point Tool to mark out the lowest top. Click on the top with the right mouse's button and select the Free Transform Path to lift up the top exactly the way it is shown below:

Fill 20% on the layers.

Make a copy of the new made layer and choose the Free Transform option to minimize it uniformly. Fill 30% on the layers.

Pick up again the Ellipse Tool (U) to represent a kind of clamp.
