Find a photo having pictured on it a brick wall of 1024x768 px and 72 dpi.
Represent several small circles on a new layer, applying the Ellipse Tool (U) and pressing the Shift button simultaneously. The circles' color is 5D5D5D.
Change Blending Mode - Normal to Overlay on the layers and we'll get the next picture:
Take the previous instrument and start drawing several circles more, the way we did our first circles. Their color this time is 505050.
Change again Blending Mode - Normal to Overlay.
Create a new layer and select again the Ellipse Tool (U) to represent a sphere, changing on the layers the Blending Mode - Normal to Hue.
Click on the right mouse's button on the sphere's layer (on the layers' panel).
Blending Options>Gradient Overlay
Gradient's parameters:
Blending Options>Stroke
Select the last instrument to draw a kind of flare on the sphere's surface, correcting the flare's shape with Free Transform option.
Fill 0% on the layers.
Select the next parameters for the layers:
Blending Options>Gradient Overlay
Gradient's parameters:
We have to combine in a group all the layers composing the sphere and its flare (pressing the Ctrl button, mark out the layers, holding up the mouse and stretching down the marked layers on Create a new group on the layer's panel).
Make two copies of the new made group (marking the group, holding up the mouse and stretching the image to the bottom on Create a new layer option). Place everything out the way it is indicated on the picture.
Change the parameters of each copy (flare's parameters and the sphere's Stroke are the same and don't need to be changed). The size of the copies groups may be changed with Free Transform option.
The parameters of the green sphere:

Gradient's parameters:
Add several smaller circles near the borders of the already made ones. They should have the color 634F4F. Place the small circles' layers under the old spheres' layers.
Fill 70% on the layers and change again the Blending Mode - Normal to Overlay.
Create a new layer and choose the Brush Tool (B) with blurred edges and the colors from here: 5C0003, black and 221327 and patch out the zones near the spheres, Place this layer under the layer containing the small circles.
Change the Blending Mode - Normal to Overlay on the layers' panel.
Create a new layer again. Select the Brush Tool (B) and choose a brush of green, red and blue colors to represent radiance around the spheres. Place this layer lower than the layer containing those big spheres.
The upper panel (the brush's parameters):
We should have the next picture on the final stage:
Finished!
