Create a new file (File>New) that would have 1024x768 px and 72 dpi. Select now the Paint Bucket Tool (G) to paint the file in black color.
Choose next step the Ellipse Tool (U) to represent the primary layer reserved for the Halloween pumpkin.
The layer's parameters (make a mouse's click on the layer on the layers' panel).

Gradient's parameters:
Make a copy of the new made layer and select the Free Transform option to narrow the copy, placing it the way it is shown below.
Make another copy of the layer and choose again the Free Transform option to narrow the copy too.
Using the same instrument, Ellipse Tool (U), it's possible to create on the middle part of the pumpkin a highlight.

Select after that the Custom Shape Tool (U) to represent the pumpkin eyes of black color. Represent the first one and then press SHIFT button to make another one.
The layer's parameters: Blending Options>Drop Shadow
Use the same method, the same instrument and the same layer's parameters to represent next the pumpkin's nose.
It's time to represent now the pumpkin's mouse and its teeth. Use firstly the Ellipse Tool (U) to make an ellipse of black color and then press Alt button while using the same Ellipse Tool (U) to erase the element's top part. Pres one more time Alt button and use the Rectangle Tool (U) to represent the teeth. Apply the same parameters used when representing the eyes and the nose.
Select now the Ellipse Tool (U) to represent several parts belonging to the pumpkin's stalk.

Blending Options>Gradient Overlay

We have to use now the Rectangle Tool (U) to represent the next part of the stalk which shape may be corrected with the Convert Point Tool.

Choose once again the Ellipse Tool (U) to represent the upper part of the pumpkin's stalk.

Now we have to Combine in a group all the layers composing the pumpkin (press Ctrl button and mark out the necessary layers and make a click on the left mouse's button to take down the marked layers on Create a new group selection). Make a copy of the last group and press CTRL+E buttons to merge down all layers from the group in one layer. Choose the Free Transform option to turn over the copy, placing it the way it is shown below:
Click on the same layer on the layers' panel on Add a Mask option and select the Brush Tool (B) of black color to erase a part of the pumpkin's reflection.
Representing the Halloween pumpkin in finished!
