1. First of all open a new Document with the height=300 and width=300pixel, and then with the help of Rectangle Tool

create a new shape.

2. Now Right click on the rectangle that you just draw > make Selection > click ok at 0.2 pixel.

3. Now select Gradient Tool

and then change the color in Gradient Editor color #FBBE01, #E5F2FA, #AFD0BB.

4. In the Layer1 Fill the Gradient Color, press Ctrl+D.

5. Now go to the Filter > Texture > click on Stained Glass.

6. Now here Texture > give all the Effects in Stained Glass according to the Image below.

7. Now select Magic Band Tool

and then click on Zig Zag in this way we made the selection for Zig Zag lines. As shown below.

8. Now create a new Layer, fill color #8FA7A9 in the Selection. Press Ctrl+T.

9. Now select Layer1.

10. Now go to the Filter > Texture > click on Stained Glass, now give Effects.Here Delete the Layer2 , and then Press Ctrl+F three times as shown below.

11. Here again select Magic Band Tool

with the Magic band Tool click in the ZigZag circle by this way we selected those zig zag.

12. Now create a New layer2, and fill the color #B1D4BE in the selected Zig zag circle.

13. Now again take Magic Band Tool, and select Layer1 then with the magic Band Tool click in the parts of the ZigZag that you are going to select now. After making Selection create a New Layer3, and fill the Color #3A9F25in the selected Zig Zag parts.

14. Now here we have to repeat step 13, the only difference will be that we have to change the color. Remember whenever you use magic Band Tool always select Layer1.

15. Now here with the help of Lasso Tool image 27 , create a new shape, as shown below.

16. Create a new layer and fill the color in the shape that you just created. Now Layer > click on Overlay.

17. Now select Magi Band Tool > select Layer1, and then with the Magic Band Tool click inside the some parts of the ZigZag, now we have selected those parts. Here create a New Layer9 and fill the selected part with the color #FFFFFF.

18. Now again take Magic Band Tool and select layer1, and then With the Magic Band Tool select some more parts of zigzag, as shown below.

19. Now create Layer10, and fill the selected area with the color #FFFFFF, and then Layer > click on Overlay.

20. Now here with the Ellipse Tool

create a circle, and then Right click on the circle > make selection > click ok at 0.2pixel.

21. Create a New Layer, and then Select Marquee Tool image 38 , now Right click ok the selected circle > Stroke > click ok at 5pixel.

22. Now with the help of Lasso Tool create a New shape as shown below, and then press Delete.

23. Now here select Smudge Tool

and with the help of Smudge tool we pull the shape, as you can see in the Image below.

24. Now select Layer1

and then Double click on it > Layer Style > give Stroke Effects.
