Lovely Budge

1. Creat new document, size 100 x 100 px.

2. Go to menu View >> New Guide

Choose Vertical and Horizontal with 50 px in 2 times

3. Fill #f14e75 color for the backgrond

4. Click to the corner of two guide, hold Alt + Shift and drag to make this selections

5. Creat new layer, fill white color in new selections

6. Duplicate layer, hit Ctrl+ T to transform it smaller

7. Creat two more line

8. Go to Filter >> Dirtort >> Wave for "từng layer 1"

9. Result when I Ctrl + F 2,3 times for all layer

10. Done !!! We created a cool pattern

Save it by go to Edit >> Define Pattern

11. Creat new document, size 600 x 600 px

12. Creat Guide again

13. Make new selection

Smooth selection ( Select >> Modify >> Smooth )

Fill white color for it in new layer

14. Creat another new layer. Hit Shift + F5 to open Fill window, choose thispattern we was created

15. Change layer position like this. Hold Alt + Click between two layerthumbnail to make The Clipping Mask

16. Move this top layer a few to the left or right

Alt + Click in "layer 1"'s thumbnail to load selection

Go to Filter >> Liquify to deform the pattern

17. Clear Guide if u want
