1. Open a new document, and choose the "Type Tool" (big "T").

2. Open a new layer. Write the nick/name. Choose a color, font and the size you like the most. I used 2 colors, for better results i think you should do it too.

3. Press on the "F" ( ) in the bottom of the "layers" window, then 'Blending options', and follow:

*If you don't have that kind of pattern, just open new document size 5*5. Draw an anoblique line across the document. Now, edit> 'Define pattern'> OK.

4. Well, we finished. But i think it's a little bit boring this way, so i drew the blue wave using the 'Pen tool'. For those who can't work with that tool- you can use the 'Costume shape tool', i took the stars. Here's my result:
