Night Scene on a Highway with Street Light

Today we are going to create a Night scene on the street or highway with street light and a Car.

1. First of all open a new document. Here I have used document size- width-300 / height-300 and resolution of 96.

2. Now with the Paint Bucket Tool Fill Black color and press Alt+Backspace.

3. Now with the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a rectangle same as you can see below. Now select New Layer1 in the Layer window.

4. Here select Gradient Tool > select Gradient Editor. You can get an idea where to click from the image below.

5. Select color from here.

6. Now with the Gradient Tool fill the color and deselect (ctrl+D).

7. Press ctrl+T and with the mouse, drag the corners of the transform selection. Press Enter when done.

8. Press ctrl+J to make a copy of the Layer1

9. Now with the help of Transform selection make the shape small and put them in the order as shown below.

10. Here merge all the copied Layer using Pressing ctrl+E.

11. Now select New Layer2 > select Brush Tool > select Preset Picker > select brush 50 Starburst small, as you can see in the Image below.

12. Now for the nearest light use Brush size 300and after that 200 then 175 then 125. Use the Brush according to the light size.

13. Now our Image will look like this.

14. Here with the Polygonal Lasso Tool create a New shape as shown below > select New Layer > fill color with the Gradient Tool. To Deselect use (ctrl+D).

15. Now select Custom Shape Tool select Car from list.

16. Here select a New Layer with the Custom shape create a new shape. As you can see in the Image below.

17. Now here select Pen Tool > Right click > Make Selection > fill the color with the Gradient Tool as shown below.

18. Here with the Brush Tool, give the same Effect to the car light as you gave in step 11.

19. Final Image.
